Q. What are your decorative products made of?
A. Most of Avalon Garden.Com's decorative products are made from weather resistant
materials. Some are cast aluminum; some are made from marble resin. Marble resin is an
exclusive material composed of marble mixed with specific additives to achieve
long-lasting durability in exterior as well as interior use. It is extremely durable, yet
weighs significantly less than concrete. Marble resin is non-porous; therefore it does not
absorb moisture. This enables our pieces to be exposed to extreme weather conditions
without cracking.
Q. What are your garden tools made of?
A. All of our garden tools are professional quality. Our garden tools blades are
made heavy-duty heat-treated steel. Some blades have a Teflon-S � non-stick coat which
causes these tools to be rust resistant and friction free. Handles are crafted hardwood,
lightweight tubular steel or lightweight aluminum, and many come with comfort cushion
grips.
Q. Can you describe the various color finishes?
A. Verdigris: A greenish/grayish color likened to aged brass. Antique Ivory: A creamy
beige color. Old Bronze: A lead color with a bronze finish rubbed on. Pewter: A dark
silver/gray color. Wood: A chestnut finish that looks like real wood. Rock: All garden
stones come in rock finish.
Q. Do the prices of your custom products include personalization?
A. Yes
Q. Can a custom piece be created to say whatever I want?
A. Yes, within reason of course. Keep in mind, the longer the inscription the smaller the
font.
Q. Can I have upper and lower case letters used in my custom piece?
A. Yes, for all of our custom products, you have this option but must specify in the
comments section of your order.
Q. Do the custom products come with the picture featured in the image on the Internet?
A. Yes. Example: The Established Rock (product #8003) will have the picture of the house
on it; however, you can add any name, number or message to it.
Q. Are pumps included with the fountains?
A. Yes, pumps are included. The pumps are for use with our fountains and are compatible
with a standard household outlet. Can be used indoors or out.
Q. Do you have products other than those posted in your online gift store?
A. No, as we receive new product, they are posted immediately and if you are on our e-mail
specials list, you will be notified via our newsletter.

A. Yes, if the product is in stock we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day your product. For

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

noted, all of the items are made from weather resistant materials: cast marble, or cast
aluminum (where applicable).
All of our tools are of professional grade. Our garden tools blades are made heavy-
duty heat-treated steel. Some blades have a Teflon-S � non-stick coat which causes these
tools to be rust resistant and friction free. Handles are crafted hardwood, lightweight
tubular steel or lightweight aluminum; many come with comfort cushion grips.
Each piece of our causal yet elegant indoor/outdoor furniture is made of sturdy steel and
hand finished with an antique pewter color wash. All pieces have plastic coverings on the
feet to avoid scratching floor finishes. Each folds up flat for easy storage.
