All items are shipped from our facilities in approximately 5 to 7 business days unless
otherwise noted. Please allow 15 business days for custom pieces. AvalonGarden.Com
standard shipping is UPS ground residential. Various freight companies will ship large
fountains and furniture orders.
For products that are in stock, we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day your order. If you
desire any specialty shipping, please call our offices at 800.838.9085 to find out rates
and make arrangements.
Shipping charges for orders over $1000.00 will cost 10% of the total sale.
